| Service & Delivery |
It took much longer to get the device than we expected. We tried to install it the night before Thanksgiving and one of the electrical connections had come apart during shipping, which prevented us from using the stair lift for 5 days because the service dept. was closed. The instructions for when we have a railing called for installation too far into the center of the stairway. The seat belt got tangled in the seat safety override, making the lift not work until service helped us find the "problem."

The footrest is hard to place my feet onto it before getting on all the way on and one of the call buttons only works in one direction but overall it does the job, and she is able to up and down the stairs with safety.
